What Does Rewiring a House Cost in the Skokie Area?
Honest answer: it depends on the house. The big factors are square footage and circuit count, what kind of old wiring is coming out (knob-and-tube takes more care than cloth-covered cable), how easy your walls and ceilings are to reach, and whether your panel can take the new circuits or needs upgrading too.
